for grunge things, look at everything related to [link]. he has free fonts you can use for anything to make a collage. his site also has paintings and photographs.
umm if you find tutorials on how to make a starbust design, they're essential for vectors. also, look for free vector brushes, and the fonts Ihminen and Passareala. just create and you'll make something you like!
